Smooth Sailing is a group of food lovers who want to share their joys of cooking and eating with you!

Molly and Justin Ralston are a husband and wife team who love to take their food outside when preparing.  Their two grills get used more than butter at Paula Dean’s house.  Molly’s cooking is a hobby, while Justin turned his into a profession a couple of years ago when he opened up his own lunch spot.

Joe Casillas is Justin’s best friend and business partner.  He grew up creating and inventing sauces for all types of meat.  His wife Vanessa is also a food lover, and an excellent baker.
